Lunch menu has something for everyone at great prices. Hot sauce is puree spicy goodness that clings to the tortilla chips. Fiesta Plate (all beef ) is my favorite thing to order, but they have a plate (can't remember name) that features 3 enchiladas--beef, chicken & cheese--that is hard to pass up. Fajitas are good too. Owner is very hands-on checking on customers and spending time supervising kitchen. Competent waitstaff. Leila's is the newest entry into Houston's Bay Area (which has some very good Tex Mex joints) and it has become my favorite (actually tied for favorite with El Ranchero in nearby LaPorte).
