During our annual gathering with the Indonesian ladies, I was really disappointed when we were unexpectedly charged for bringing our own cakes, despite informing the staff beforehand. The part owner, Rosi, accepted our deposit and final payment but failed to apply it correctly to our bill, even taxing us without acknowledgment until we confronted her, revealing poor communication and honesty issues among the new ownership. Despite my long history with Garson since 1993 and love for their Persian food, especially the Fesenjan and freshly made bread, this experience has left me frustrated and hesitant to return.

I attended a gathering with Indonesian ladies and was disappointed by unexpected charges for bringing our own cakes, especially after informing them we would be bringing Indonesian desserts. The part owner, Rosi, collected a $200 deposit and final payment without including it on our bill, despite knowing we are eligible for tax deductions. Overall, the experience left me feeling let down and hesitant to recommend the restaurant to others, despite the nice atmosphere and convenient parking.
