Downtown Houston's BBQ joint with a pleasant ambiance and accommodating service, perfect for a quick lunch fix before 3pm. I indulged in a flavorful brisket baked potato, although the initial brisket slices seemed a tad dry. Opting for a fresher cut upon request, the dish turned out tasty, with the Hickory Burger being a satisfying choice alongside delicious fries, despite the slightly higher price point compared to other experiences.
