thoroughly enjoyed ordering from the menu-relaxed atmosphere-there are both Traditional and "American-ized" selections available. The owner was very helpful. My traditional order was excellently seasoned. I lived in the Bay Area in California, used to traditional Chinese and missed it very much. So thankful to find it in the inland northwest.
