I wanted to get a few sandwiches for lunch and later on. I was at the store around noon, there were a few people standing around by the counter. As I stepped up to read the menu, a man stated in a very loud voice, " The line forms here" and pointed behind himself. I stated I was sorry and then decided Jimmy John's did not need or want my business. I do realize the staff cannot control the patrons, but I also feel the staff could have said, we will be with you shortly and indicated who was next , and pointed to the very rude man. I believe this allowed rude behavior cost this business a customer.
