Please read! The food is delightful however, the service is sub par. With that being said, a 13% tip was applied to a meal that was over $300. Reason being, chefs were not wearing masks when preparing the food (Ketchum and Sun Valley require masks u less 6 feet apart, not sure how that’s maintained in a kitchen), they absolutely were not 6 feet apart and not all of my party members orders were placed. They were forgotten and the waitress had to be reminded, multiple times.
20 minutes later we were called and asked why we didn’t tip larger....I have NEVER been so offended or disrespected by a restaurant in my life. Do not call me asking for more money. It was rude. It is unacceptable and should not be something restaurant managers should be doing on behalf of their staff.
I will never return here and I will not recommend this restaurant.
