Having been raised close to Eureka and now living in Indiana,The Chanticleer is a must stop when going "home" to visit. No where can beat the onion rings. Always wanted to know the secret recipe!!! We also order the whole bone-in catfish. In fact my young great nieces and nephews order the catfish as well as the rest of our family. It is great!!! No where else ever puts a slice of bread under the fish to absorb the grease.

For the value this is a good place to take a group, while it is not a 4 star, the place is clean and the help takes care of you nicely. It is a good place to take a group of up to 70 people for under $15 per person.
