Had a large everything pizza,. Crust was great. Lots of cheese, vegetables, pepperoni, and a little garlic.
Highly recomend Sam's Pizza.Can't beat the price!!.

I have been eating Sam’s pizza for over 30 plus years. Everyone in Belvidere is a huge fan. I love their pizza it’s my favorite and I have yet to find anything like it. What some people don’t know is she will even half prepare pizzas so you can take them with you if you live out of state. They freeze wonderful and do not taste any different. They also have the best prices anywhere and they do not increase like other places. A little tip if you like their sauce you can request extra on your pizza.

Love their pizza, thick crust, rich sauce, tons of cheese, they don't slack on anything. If a random large pizza from this area feeds 4 people for you, plan on a large from here feeding about 6. The lady (I believe owners daughter) working there remembers me by order even though I've only ordered a handful of times (ok maybe a couple handfuls :P). Went in for a pick up, pizza wasn't done yet so we had a conversation. Very nice, very sociable, love the people and love the pizza. I asked her permission to put the menu up on this website and she agreed, prices may vary depending on market. Only problem is they sometimes go to Italy on vacation for periods of time and close shop. Some people may be upset but I understand, a little break and some family time is a necessity in life.

I usually love all their food but today I ordered their calamari. I had to throw it out is was so disgusting. The "calamari" was the texture of an old rubber band and their breading is the same quality as 711 frozen mozzarella sticks. I took the breading off and it tasted like rancid canned tuna and freezer burn. I called to complain and they told me they buy their calamari pre-made and frozen. They just fry it up. The owner just whisked me away without any type of apology at all. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My family and I have been eating Sam's pizza for years and it is hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had. The people who work there are always so friendly and make it such a great experience. Not one complaint from my tongue and I am absolutely appalled at the people saying they don't like the service/people and food. It is truly a wonderful place and a perfect dinner for any size family even one person like myself. They will never ever ever loose my business

the people yell in the back of house and are rude the food is to say the least lacking the Italian flair. taste like boy r dee on a bad day. taste like ketsup and cheese on soggy dough.

Sam's is the best pizza in the rockford Area, been eating their since i was a little kid and they have maintained the same tasty pizza and have but been the nicest, most personable pizza restaurant around.

Inside really classic and nice rude people but let's talk about the pizza:is VERY Expensive and don't worth 20 dollar for a medium that is a small one then the cheese just too much, the dough just NOT COOKED!!!! HOW CAN YOU DO THAT !!!!! i suggest to not go there i visited italy in 2004 with my family and their store is a insult to italian cuisine TERRIBLE
