The pizza here is amazing, with a perfect sauce and crust that always hits the spot. The staff are super friendly, the service is quick, and the whole place feels clean and welcoming. Plus, they've got a great variety on the menu, from thin crust pies to tasty pasta and fried chicken, so there's something for everyone.

Ordered Fettucini Alfredo and received a pasta with a heavy metallic taste. Contacted them about the issue and they offered to replace it. This is the 2nd incident where the food has been tainted. The first issue was, to my recollection, 2 months ago (May, 2010) we ordered and received Ravioli with a Black hair in it; the gentleman on the phone stated he had the hair tested with McHenry County and was told it was a dog hair. Previous orders before these most recent ones have been excellent...but in our experiences lately, it looks as if Tufano's has an issue with its cooking staff.
