Rob,
AMAZING! AMAZING!
Our family of five ate at Newman's tonight on a whim. We were SO thrilled. Your sister was our server and she was very polite and bubbly.
You caught us when I stopped in to see the menu and you told me Tuesdays you had a special on wings.
The background music was lite and refreshing. The atmosphere was quiet and warm. THE WINGS WERE AMAZING!! And the whole family ate for $35! We were absolutely thrilled!
We just moved to the area a few months ago and never ate at the former restaurant. I assure you...we will be back to visit Newman's in Carterville again and again!

This place has an awesome lunch buffet. The staff is hard working and stay on top of things.

I have been there 3 times in the past few months. The Chicken Marsala, Eggplant and Chicken Parmigiana are excellent. The food and service is excellent!!!

One time the appetizer came out at same time as the meal and they gave the appetizer to us at half price. I thought that was nice.l

I think the sign says Newman's now.

I am the new owner of Fratelli's and we are reopening June 24th 2009. Please come back and visit us again. We are regrouped, newly staffed, fantastic menu, and a welcoming staff. :) I have worked hard with training to get out all the bad habits. So please come visit us again. Thanks

Went to Fratelli's Restorante in Carterville,IL last night for dinner with a wedding party. THIS WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!! I realize we were with a party of about 20 or so people, but, this place is ridiculous!!

They had 1 server for the entire party, ran out of drink mix and tried to water down the last of it and pass it off...The great part is that some people were finished eating and others were still waiting for what they had ordered. The REAL KICKER, they didn't even cook mine and had to wait on them to do so to get it boxed up to go. I was so mad by this time I couldn't eat!!!! Were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes to have my food boxed up???? If I had wanted it to go I would have ordered it that way.

Furthermore, the owner made no apology or discount of any kind whatsoever.........DO NOT GO THERE TO EAT!!!!
