I moved to Carpentersville from Pakistan five years ago and have been a regular customer at Hot Masala for our zabiha halal meat and grocery needs. The owner couple has been really helpful and attentive, even going the extra mile to source special items for us. Their chicken briyani is delicious and satisfies my cravings for Pakistani food, and it's convenient to have a nearby spot for authentic flavors.
