Creamery always delivers on the promise of delicious treats, with consistently creamy ice cream that stands out from the rest. Despite occasional busy periods, the quality and taste make it well worth the wait, especially when compared to larger chains. I appreciate the variety of options, from rainbow cones to Italian beefs and taco Tuesdays, and the friendly service keeps me coming back at least twice a week.

My first visit to Creamery New Lenox resulted in a partial wrong order. I phoned to discuss the situation and the rude employee commented "well, we are very busy and it's Weenie Wednesday". That was her excuse for the incorrect order. I ordered a double cheeseburger, FF, and a drink. Burger was cold and marginal, FF were under cooked and cold, and drink was watery. Disappointed in both the food, the service, and the customer relations.
