My mom and I finally tried Wasabi in Edwardsville and were impressed by the delicious sushi and udon, as well as the tasty appetizers like spring rolls and crab Rangoon. The staff provided excellent service, and despite a minor issue with how the rolls were served, the overall experience was enjoyable, making it a place I plan to visit again.
