The Tastee Freez in Keithsburg, Illinois was owned and operated by Marge and John Callahan for more than 40 Years. A large menu offered, the Big Tee was a favorite. And of course the famous ice milk.
So close to the Mississippi, it was under water during the flooding in 1965 and 1993 but reopened after cleanup.
