I love their food and never had any problems with service. It is like any where else you go to eat or shop you must have some patients. Great people!

The pizza is average but the customer service is poor. I recently ordered there and had a carryout. I live about an hour away. I was in Shelbyville visiting my mother and on way home I picked up pizza. After driving for 20 minutes back to seymour I noticed they messed up the pizza. The toppings was wrong. I called thinking they would replace it. I was wrong. They offered me 15% off my next order. Papa Johns would of never done that. They would replaced it free. So i will no longer order from dons pizza. And that sucks cause I do try to support the small buisness owners.
