On 2-14-11 (Valentines day) we went to the Richmond Indiana Hacienda Camino Real on National road east. All 3 of us ordered the same item, quesadilla special. The bill came and I was shocked, as I knew was not correct and as we talked the 2 of us said it was $7.25 per and the other said their menu said $8.25. Since the price was written in we assumed they had raised their prices and had failed to put the new price in all of the menus. Ok, I can let that one go but that made our bill $8.25x3 plus 2 soft drinks at $1.50 for total of $27.75, with Indiana sales tax of 7% that would be $1.94 for a total of $29.69. They charged us $31.30 or 12.8% tax, they insisted they were correct, but they kept showing me and hitting their calculator TAX button and would say SEE IT IS RIGHT. I ask them how much they were charging tax and they just hit the tax button to SHOW me they were right. The issue here is, they have the wrong tax amount in their calculator, but insisted they were right so I just paid it and left.
