The food here is phenomenal! I especially like the guacamole - it is some of the best I've had. I've been impressed with everything that I have ordered there. The staff is very friendly.
I would give El Toro 5 stars, but for one thing:

They play the music WAY TOO LOUD. I'm not against loud music, except when I cannot hear the person across the table. It's annoying, and destroys the otherwise wonderful atmosphere. It's a restaurant, not a nightclub.
