tried it 3 times since opening service was horrible food not much better breakfast with biscuits and gravy looked and tasted like it had been sitting for days greatly disappointed

I worked at Hardees as a teen and was excited they were opening one closer to us. That meant I wouldn't have to go out of my way for a spicy chicken sandwich from Rally's. I've been there 3 times since they've opened and they've managed to get my order right only once. I order the same thing every time, a regular spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I think they hear the word chicken and automatically think I want their chicken tenders. I don't like their chicken tenders but they have a lot of choices as far as burgers go so there is something for everyone. Also I can appreciate the fact that their shake machine is never down unlike McDonalds.
