I have been a loyal customer here for many years, always on the hunt for pizza that brings me back to my Chicago roots. The thin crust here is a close match and consistently delicious. The service may be a bit slow due to their popularity, but the welcoming atmosphere and tasty pizza make it worth a visit.

I had the worst and crazy experience last Friday. I ordered the spaghetti with sausage and when they bring it out it was a whole sausage on the top of my spaghetti and it freaked me out. I took it back up there and he said that there was nothing else they can do cause it's already made. I ask for meatballs instead and he refused cause he said that I ordered the sausage but I didn't know that is how they make it they should of told me how it was plated and served but you are suppose to please your customers to what they want. So the manager came out and said that he could cut it for me I'm not a kid I could cut my own but that's not what I wanted so they just didn't give me what I asked for that is very unprofessional. I recommend not goin there or make sure you asked how the food is served. I will not give them the pleasure of spending my money again. Poor customer service skills.
