At about 10:45Am on Sunday 8/14/2022, my husband and I sat down for breakfast. We were courteous and we even tipped because it is not the waitress fault. The food was cold and false advertising. We will not return! In fact, we had to go somewhere else to eat because, we left the restaurant still hungry. Going forward, we will continue to go to Rise N Shine and, Indy's Famous Pancake House & Grill!
We know our beef, especially steak! My husband ordered a 10oz Ribeye but what he received was a 6oz Round steak. It was fatty, flat, and small! The manager did compliment the steak meal.
I ordered the Red Velvet French Toast. My food was cold! Proving that the food was cold, the plates were barely warm and my butter never melted on the food. I forced myself to take a few bites because I was looking forward to the meal. However, I couldn't finish it. I only ate about 1/4 of it. Even my eggs were cold!

Two years ago I would have raved and given this place 6 stars - but over the last two years their prices have gone up 30%+ and the quantity of food has decreased about the same percentage. My absolute favorite was the Farmhouse Fritatta which originally covered the plate with a good helping of gravy on top. These days it's about the size of a saucer with very skimpy, watery, tasteless gravy. We were there this past weekend and they were charging $12.99 for this non-bargain meal. This is a place we visited at least every other weekend - but my husband and I looked at each other, and decided - never again. We will NOT be back, even though I do love the fritattas. Guess I'll just have to learn how to make them myself!!

Expensive and not very good. Ordered a simple pancakes egg and sausage patty. Pancake was one pancake, egg underdone and patty not cooked enough. Will never go back.
