I tried the food truck at Government Center downtown and was immediately drawn to the well-displayed menu, evidenced by the long line of eager customers. Despite finding the prices a bit high, the Shrimp Quesadilla I ordered was fresh and flavorful, with a delicious aioli sauce that complemented the dish perfectly. The service was exceptional, and I look forward to returning to try their Lobster Roll next time.
