The Shrimp Hut is a must-visit for seafood lovers on the East Coast. Their Perch Fillet with double slaw and extra hush puppies is a standout dish, showcasing the best shrimp in the state. Despite being in an area with some concerns, the great food, friendly staff, and unique menu make it worth the visit. The wait may be a bit long, but the fresh, hot, and delicious food makes it all worth it.

Shrimp Hut HAS increased their luncheon specials AGAIN. I've been a frequent customer for YEARS.
I've seen their Lunch Whiting & Fries increased from $1.99, to $2.99, now to $3.99. Keep in mind, you get the SAME size portions. I've seen Shrimp Hut charge for BREAD & HOT SAUCE, who does that? I'm told
the last increase to $3.99, was in January 2021. This appears to be gouging during this pandemic. Maybe you shouldn't be in business, if this is the way you treat your customers.
