Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 meals and an extra steamed rice, although rice came with the meals. It took 45 minutes to receive the food and when it got here I didn't open it right away. My husband is a chef in one of the local restaurants and I was waiting for him to get home. When I did open it, it was lacking the 3 steamed rices that came with the meal, but had the extra one that I ordered. I called to ask about the other rices and the woman told me I was rude and lying about not having the rice. White rice? I'm going to lie about white rice? Seriously. Eventually she let me talk to the manager who also called me a liar, and he sent out some rice, it took another 45 minutes. I steamed some rice and ate my own. Who knows if they would have tampered with it? My advice? It's sub-par fare, I would go to another place.
