08-12-2011 at approx 2:30pm - The ice cream is very good but the service......I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate cone. The person working brought a vanilla cone to the window. I repeated that I had ordered a chocolate cone. She returned with the "chocolate" cone. After I ate off the chocolate top, the ice cream inside the cone was vanilla. She did not give me another cone - she must have scraped off the vanilla top and put chocolate on top of the vanilla.

I called in to speak with the owner and when I asked to speak with him I was told no you can't speak with him, I said I can't and they said no and hung up. Pretty poor customer service for being a restaurant.
