We visited Caroline's Friday August 12th. My husband and I, and another couple. We were disappointed in the change of menu, and to learn that you no longer offer the chicken cordon blue or seafood macaroni or anything you offered before. Quite frantically we were not impressed with the new chef at all. The food was so so it was all too seasoned. I did not care for the special at all shrimp and steak kabob with lavender sauce was funky and overpowering. The pork dish my husband had he never did figure out what he was eating, looked like dried seaweed or something. My fingerling potatoes were nothing special actually not done, still hard. I didn't think are food on plate wasn't even presented well. I personally feel business will decrease and a good thing should of remained, you need your old chef back. Your serving too odd of things now. Unfortunately we really enjoyed dining with you but this was a real let down. Our service was great like always but change of menu can't stay, not busy at all Friday night and normally packed on a Friday night. I hope you take this review seriously because why change a good thing. I rated you as 3 star but you use to be 5 star.
