This place is terrible. We are people who come to your restaurant to eat and and never have an enjoyable experience. They never have anything ready under a 20 minutes wait. This is a fast food chain that primarily serves chicken and you can never get your order with out a wait or an employee with a sour attitude. Another thing is that you still have grilled chicken on the menu but it is no longer available to us.

Ok, so we have been disappointed with this KFC before but tonight takes the case. Most of the time they simply overcharge us or cannot get the order right,... But tonight, they simply had no fried chicken that we ordered. Really, a fried chicken fast food restaurant that has no chicken. Actually, they had only thighs and legs, and no wings, or breasts. None!! Have you heard the phrase, "You had one job?" Well, what a crock. I will slave over a stove cooking my own dang fried chicken next time before I drive 20 minutes round trip, wasting my time trying to buy fried chicken from this fried chicken restaurant, Madison KFC!! Get it right or put in a Popeyes in your place. At least they have chicken!!
