I took my 3 kids with me to this CiCi's and I was very disappointed. I paid for a buffet and the buffet was not a buffet. There was only 2 or 3 pizzas on the buffet and the salad did not look fresh. The floor was not clean either. There was some dessert pizza on the dessert bar for which my kids picked and chose from and they ate some of the cheese pizza that was on the bar. The buffet was not stocked with pizza for guests. Standing around or sitting at the table waiting on them to put more on the bar was rediculous. When I complained, the person that I talked to made it seem like it was my fault and I was a customer. I will not go there again.
