I travel weekly across our nation. I eat at the O'Charleys restaurants a lot. Just left the O'Charleys restaurant in Jackson Tennessee. I was seated, and waited for 15 minutes. They were not very busy. No one ever waited on me, although the waiters passed by me many times. I got up and left , And talk with the manager. She was very kind and offered me a free meal. I was not interested in a free meal, only efficient service. I doubt if I'll ever go to the Jackson store again. Don Whitt
