Daylight Donuts has a good atmosphere and great donuts, which I grew up eating and love, though they might be a bit dry for some tastes. My son, a chocolate cake donut expert, thinks they're the best ever. It's a shame they're not open on Sundays - the one day when everyone craves a morning donut fix! The College Station location is perfect for casual meetings and the staff is always friendly. The drive-thru is quick, which is a plus for busy mornings with my daughters in tow. We all enjoy their glazed donuts, and a bag of donut holes is a nostalgic treat that doesn't break the bank. Though I usually opt for the drive-thru, the one time I went inside, I found it clean and well-organized, with friendly and efficient staff. The donuts may not be the absolute best I've ever had, but they're definitely better than most.
