I have eaten twice at Teriyaki Kitchen in Columbia Falls. I would not call it fast food. The service is great and the food is absolutely delicious. I have had the Teriyaki Beef and the Teriyaki Grilled Shrimp. Both are wonderful. Splurge for the combination rice. It's worth the extra $5.
