The Mexican cuisine at Maria's in SW Kansas is simply irresistible, reminiscent of the flavors I savored in Los Angeles. My husband and I found ourselves returning for three consecutive days, unable to resist the delicious dishes. Despite the lack of extravagant decorations, the food speaks for itself with its exceptional taste.
