One of the best burger experiences I've had in Kansas City was at Jim's, where the owner, Jim, was incredibly kind and generous. The burgers are massive, juicy, and made with fresh ingredients, and the fries are a solid side, though I wish they had a special sauce to elevate the burger further. I also enjoyed the pork chop sandwich and fried mushrooms, which were tasty despite a few being just breading, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me eager to return.
