Came out to Independence, and decided to hit up one of our favorite restaurants. Jazz. We were sat with menus around 2pm. Waiting for over 20 minutes, still no service. Not even drinks. The 2 servers did look at us. But never came over to the table and ask if we have been helped. 2 tables came in after us, and was served immediately drinks, and apps. I managed to get a server's attention, explained the issue, she shrugged her shoulders, said sorry, and walked off. Needless to say, we got up, and walked out. Poor service.
