Owned and operated by friendly, lovely people who create very good food! I would have given it 5 stars, but it's disappointing that they don't really make non-sweet breads-like whole wheat, sourdough, rye,and basic white breads. The owner explained to me that to do that, they would have to add different baking supplies and ovens. They are a whiz at creating a wide variety of cookies, sweet breads, hand pies, and lunch treats like brats in a croissant, quiches, and pot pies.
