Shout out to our professional server, Allyse, for ensuring our Monday pizza dining was seamless! The pizza prepared by the cooks was excellent, but the $11.95 Italian salad could use some improvement in value. It seems there have been positive changes in management as the restaurant now offers a great dining experience. Arrived to pick up my order of two pizzas and mozzarella sticks exactly an hour later, and the food was still hot and delicious. Service was prompt despite the busy evening.

Last four times there very disappointed experience the last one being a walk out on a Friday fish fry. COLD food, my server Lori ignoring me & waving me off. Food consistency has been way off. I sent back 2 of the Thursday pizzas (1st one sausage tasted off, 2nd not cooked complete) Cassie, the bartender even saw how not prepared properly. Very disappointing. Another time couple next to me sent the ravioli back because they were still cold in the middle and his pizza overcooked. Cassie bartending also again. It'll be a long time before back.

Been going here since 2016 when I move back to Kenosha. Sad to say the quality and service has declined so now I called to see who is bartending. A week ago Friday I had the most horrid experience with my pickup order and was treated extremely rude by a young girl with way too much makeup on. Won't be patronising much anymore because of both reasons too many other restaurants in Kenosha that treat you nicely
