Someone wrote it is the best BBQ in KY. It is better than that. I think it is better than any place on earth. I have had BBQ everywhere and I know the taste I love is slow smoked pork until it just falls apart. Great BBQ needs no sauce what so ever. I went yo Kansas for their BBQ and was so disappointed. Kansas City style of BBQ is just the taste of sauce. The only other place near as good is Wildfire BBQ in Franklin KY.
