I made reservations for a Sunday afternoon, which turned out to be unnecessary for this time of year. The booking process was simple and convenient through the Shaker Village website. The fresh food from the garden was highlighted in the vegetable soup and heirloom tomato panini sandwich, both of which were delectable. Walking through the garden area and enjoying the pleasant weather made for a lovely afternoon experience.
