The food truck at Alliance Brewing is a real winner, serving up an awesome fusion of Irish and Cuban dishes. I had the Ropa Pie, which was a delicious twist on shepherd's pie, and everything I tried was incredibly tasty-definitely don't miss out on those plantains!
