Discover The Helm, a local dive bar in La Crosse with a double decker inside bar and a lively atmosphere. Upstairs, you'll find darts and pool tables, while downstairs offers typical Wisconsin bar slot machines. The bartenders are friendly, the drinks are cheap, and the signature drink, "Swamp Water," is a must-try.
