We love TexMex, and being from Texas, we know what the Best should taste like - we have eaten at every Restaurant in Lafayette, and Coyote Blues is the BEST. Nothing even comes close to the freshest flavors around. They have combined TexMex with Cajun goodness, so that makes it even better. We have gotten many people who have never tried it, to do just that and they agree that it is the best they have ever eaten. Nothing can beat it - give it a try and you will agree.
