I didn't finish my review. 3 of us went to university Ave location and ordered a large amount of food. We had a small wait but everything was :hot, fresh and melt in your mouth good. I recommend for anyone that's hungry and wants good food.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I ordered by phone ahead of time and went to pick it up (being that the order was for one of my parents and they have enjoyed the food from here before). After waiting for my food for an HOUR, I go to find out where my order is. They informed me that they gave my food to someone else accidentally but offered to fix me another order. No problem. While I'm waiting for my food (which took another 30 minutes) I'm talking to the person in charge about a full refund or to even pay half price (which I proposed) because I have waited for over an HOUR AND A HALF at this point. The person in charge says, "THE BEST I CAN DO IS GIVE YOU 2 FREE EGG ROLLS". REALLY?? THAT'S ALL YOU CAN DO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!? The customer service I received was down right insulting!!! Customers should not be treated this way under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I am NEVER patronizing this business and I suggest that others do the same.
