I swung by campus after being away for 5 years and was pleasantly surprised by the transformation of the MSU Union, particularly the revamped Biggby spot within. The updated store is sleek and ideal for snagging a quick coffee fix, and the baristas were notably affable, even during the bustling daytime hours. My go-to choice is the French Roast for its unique smoky undertones that distinguish it from the rest.
