I would give a negative if possible. Ordered food for curbside pickup. Got to restaurant put spot number into app. Then wait. 20 minutes go past no food.

Considered how grossly incompetent the staff is I went inside. The manager asks if I have an order to pick up, I said no it was supposed to be curbside pickup up. Incompetent manager replies Cubs pickup ended an hour ago.

Clueless manager had no idea this was wrong. I asked what about the other two cars waiting? She replies "they will come in eventually".

WORST Cracker Barrel EVER!!!!
