The food at the UNLV game and rugby tournament was enjoyable and satisfying. While the ribs were tasty, the barbecue sauce seemed to be lacking in quality, as it appeared to be a generic option poured from a plastic jug.

I have seen these guys around at a few events in Las Vegas and they have the absolute worst food. I have gotten food poison from their pulled pork and Italian sausages twice. The worst thing about this place is this short fat guy that says he's the owner is seriously rude. The way he talks to people is like he tries to pick on them, i feel bad for the guys he has working for him.

I was there at the toyota car show in long beach with my wife crystal and my two daughters. We all got so deathly sick after eating an Italian sausage and an order of chicken fingers and fries. If I ever see that Smoke'n Sam's barbeque truck again I assure that I will be cussing them all out. Food poison is no joke, it looked and smelt fine but after we ate there food we all were throwing up before we got home. I should have noticed something was wrong when I saw the one white guy with blonde facial hair pick up a hot link of the ground and put it back on the grill just before serving it. I tried Rio tell the guy who bought it but it was too late. Please be aware of these guys, they are not very clean.
