My experience was horrible. I placed an order at 10 in the morning for a 5:15 pick up on christmas eve by curbside pickup. After waiting in the parking lot from 5:15 to 6:15 my son went inside to see if he could pick the food up and he was told he had to go back to the car that we had to just wait. We had to leave without getting the food that I paid for and went to Macaroni Grill to get our food. I will never ever be back, any company that cannot handle the orders that they take in does not need my business.
