Just wanted to let people know before spending your hard earned money at Bob tayler ranch house please think twice: the service is terrible however when you are paying $50 dollar for a steak that's reccomended by the chef I would expect better quality steak. I grill and smoke meats at home every day and know what a descent steak is. I tried to find some descent peices but every peice was worse than other. Wish you could post photos here to show the public what a $50 dollar ribeye looks like
The manager by the name of Nicole stated to her server to tell us cause she refused to come to to table " you are almost all of it so we won't compensate nothing" upon me speaking to Nicole she was just flat out rude and obnoxious and does not know the meaning of customer service.
I have left now 5 messages for the owner by the name of Jeff to contact me and he refuses to do so in fact Nicole advised me over the phone " it's better he doesn't call you becuase it would not be good for you" what does that even mean I asked her? And she stated " Jeff is protective of his restaurant"
The other manger by name of Shelly is just as rude stating " this isn't my problem I'll give Jeff the message when u see him but that may never happen"
Again think twice before spending money there and it's a shame customer service has gone away in the USA
