The gumbo here is seriously amazing, and it's always worth the wait even though seating is limited and lines can get long. I love watching them prepare the dishes right in front of you, and the oysters are huge, fresh, and packed with flavor-definitely order the premium ones if you get the chance. The service is friendly and attentive, making every visit feel like catching up with old friends, and the variety of seafood options keeps me coming back again and again.

WHAT A FIND!!!
The food here was FANTASTIC - freshest oysters we've had - steamed or raw. Etoufee entre was HUGE and loaded with fresh seafood. The staff was courteous and attentative. It was refreshing to see the chef take such pride in his food. He refuses to buy / serve anything unless it's super fresh. I know it's hard to believe that really terrific food can be found in a casino, but in this case it's true. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
