Extremely slow service

Refused to make my order. Rude Staff -0- stars
Crew is usually rude, but food is good--shame there is NO customer service

I just went through drive the in the last 30 minutes,and Alondra Garcia, Shift Mngr refused to make my order.

It's *Taco Tuesday*, who doesn't want Del Taco, and kitsap tacos..

Me now .

I tried to order 6 hard shell tacos and the $1 3 scoop of guacamole to be put(1/2 scoop on each taco) & was told repeatedly no, that she would not make my order.

I have no problems with the location on Lake Mead, across from North Vista Hospital, but lots of rude problems from this location(Nellis by Goodwill Store).

I called support.
Refusing to make a customer's order, really Alondra Garcia .

Shame on you.
