I can't believe I waited so long to try Cafe Rio, especially after living near them for years. The food was incredible, and I loved customizing my sweet barbacoa salad-everything tasted fresh and packed with flavor. The staff was amazing too; they handled a difficult customer with such grace, and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful Kayla, the manager, was during my visit.
