I always use drive-thru window. Have ordered many things from them. Today,will be the last time I go there. I ordered a Nacho Supreme and it was terrible. Cheese on the bottom (!), no refried beans (menu calls for this), just a pile of chips with very dry chicken chunks on top. Paid for extra beans (no beans whatsoever) & extra sour cream, but didn't get it. TERRIBLE!!!!
